Adult & Fitness Classes
Red Tiger Martial Arts has a strong teen and adult program. Our classes are designed for those that are serious about martial arts or for those that just want to get in shape. In each class students will work up a sweat and at the same time learn the skills needed to protect themselves.
After a few weeks of training, you will notice improvement in energy levels, flexibility and overall health.
Adult & Teen Taekwondo
Our Adult & Teen Program will help relieve stress, build endurance and strengthen. Designed for a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Taekwondo will challenge you physically and mentally.
What is PiYo Live?
PiYo is a unique class that will give you the mind body experience with movement. Influenced by Yoga and Pilates, PiYo is strength training in disguise. All fitness levels will benefit as every move has a modification. At the end of each class you will feel STRONG, STRETCHED AND CENTERED from the ground up.

What is Cardio Kickboxing?
Cardio Kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boot camp, and martial arts. It's a great way to get in shape, keep your shape, and have a great time while working out! RELIEVE STRESS and burn up to 1,000 calories! This class is designed for all fitness levels.

What is Cardio Combat?
Cardio Combat will get your heart pumping in this boot camp style class where you will learn practical self defense in a fun, friendly environment. If you ever wanted to learn self defense, this is the class for you!
